  1.  Why can micro current enhance penetration?

    The mask fabric of AKIMIA Micro-Electric Film is printed with circuit patterns with electrodes. When the essence with active ions comes into contact with the fabric, it generates a tiny current.   2.  Will the micro-electric film feel it when applied? Will the generated micro current harm the skin?

1. Order modification

2. Time of arrival

3. Receiving information

Return policy

1. Notice for Return and Exchange Application

Please make sure that the goods you buy are those sold on the AKIMIA official website to enjoy the right of return and exchange during the appreciation period.
All shopping on the whole site will start from the day following the arrival of the goods. According to the [7-day appreciation period] stipulated by the Taiwan Consumer Protection Law, if there are any problems with the received goods, you need to apply for a return or exchange. 2. Taiwan Consumer Protection Law

Consumers enjoy a seven-day appreciation period (including regular holidays) starting from the day after receiving the goods. Those who wish to return or exchange purchases should submit an application within the period. Overdue will not be accepted.
"The appreciation period is not a trial period." The returned goods must be in a brand new state and restored in a complete package (including the product body, accessories, gifts, original packaging bags, boxes, and paper). 3. Return specification

4. Specification of exchange

The application for replacement is mainly based on product defects/shipping errors. If the seven-day appreciation period (including holidays) is exceeded, the replacement service will not be accepted. In order to avoid disputes, please confirm receipt after delivery.
The replacement of defective products/shipped products will be borne by Akimia AKIMIA. Consumers must provide a valid receiving address, contact person and phone number.
If the purchased product cannot be restored to its original state after being opened and used, it cannot be exchanged.
If the product is damaged, dirty or packaged due to improper disassembly and use by the consumer, and the product cannot be sold again, please forgive me that it cannot be exchanged.
Due to the different screen resolutions of each computer and mobile phone, the photos on the website may sometimes have color differences with the actual products. The replacement standard still needs to be determined by AKIMIA.
 
5. Refund instructions

The refund procedure can only be carried out after the application for return is successful and the goods have been returned to Akimia AKIMIA confirms receipt. For details, please see [Return Specifications].
Credit card one-off payment: After the refund application process is passed, the back-end system will issue a refund notification letter. During the seven-day appreciation period, the payment will be refunded to the original consumer credit card after 5-7 working days. If the consumer credit card checkout date has passed during the refund operation, the fee will be refunded to the next month's bill.
Partial refund: The refund will be refunded based on the bank account that the consumer fills in, and the credit card will be refunded online with part of the amount to the original credit card.
ATM transfer: The money will be remitted back to the consumer's designated remittance account. Please provide it (account name, bank account, branch code) in the process of returning the goods. After the refund is successful, consumers are asked to use their passbook to confirm.
